Manchester United are in discussions to sign Lecce’s 20-year-old left-back Patrick Dorgu during the January transfer window. The Serie A club reportedly values the Denmark international at around ÂŁ29.6m (€35m).

Napoli previously made an approach for Alejandro Garnacho but were turned down, as their offer, believed to be under £40m, fell short of United’s expectations. To secure Garnacho, Napoli might need to offer an additional £20m, though they are exploring more affordable alternatives.
Meanwhile, Chelsea and clubs from Spain and Germany have shown interest in Garnacho, but no formal offers have been made yet.
Garnacho’s future at United is still being assessed, unlike Marcus Rashford, who is reportedly looking for a new challenge and has been excluded from the squad.
